• Seismic Risk Review
  Proposal for a cost-share funding model to enable remediation of 60 multi-owner earthquake-prone apartment buildings. (August 2026)
  Sent to the Minister for Building and Construction, Labour and Greens MPs, and candidates for Wellington North and Wellington Bays electorates. The Transport and Infrastructure Select Committee report did not address the issues raised by ICW in our submission.  The Labour and Greens party stated a differing view in the Select Committee report (p9 of 68 contains amended Bill) raising the issues facing apartment owners that had not been addressed and that the bill ‘should have addressed the need for assistance for apartment owners …’
